Return & Refund Policy
Bigwheels.in is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason as per the terms and conditions mentioned below, you can return the product to us within 7 days from the delivery date with the Original Packing.
Terms & Condition:-
  • All Returns/Refunds for all related to damage/defect/quantity mismatch/description mismatch are eligible for return but within 48 hours from Delivery.
  • The product should be one time tried and not being used on regular basis.
  • Supporting any issue is mandatory to take a decision.
  • All Replacement/Refunds will be processed only after product is received back to us and quality check is cleared.
  • If the product you receive is in bad condition or the packaging shows signs of tampering or damage before delivery, please refuse to accept the package. You must take a video and 2 photos of the package and submit it via e-mail at support@bigwheels.in within 24 hours of delivery. After reviewing the evidence, we will dispatch a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
  • Any product returned that shows improper use, improper handling, or physical damage; damaged/torn out the box, missing manuals, parts, and accessories will not be Replaced/Refunded and will be returned back to the buyer without rendering a reason.
  • Any return where customers don't want the product even if the description is correct will not be entertained.
In case of an empty box or missing item, the case should be registered within 24 hours of delivery or else Bigwheels.in has all the rights to reject the complaint.

Note:- Bigwheels.in team has right to accept or reject the return request on case to case basis depending upon the support shared by the customer.
Processing Refunds
  • Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • For orders paid through Cash on delivery (COD) / Pay on delivery (POD) to the delivery partner via UPI/ Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Wallet transaction, only store credits will be provided.
